Leadership
Integrity and a desire to serve others has always been the foundation of Chief Deputy Seidl's core values. Situations require the ability to understand right from wrong along with the need to apply experience, logic, and thoughtfulness to every interaction. The experiences Jason has in the Sheriff’s department gives him an advantage as he knows the department, the policies, understand the philosophies and the role of the Sheriff. Being 2nd in command, Jason will be a natural progression as Sheriff and ready to serve the citizens of Brown County on day 1.
